Why Partner with BAKSORBIT for Wireframing & Prototyping?

Wireframes and prototypes are where product decisions become visible. We work with product, marketing and engineering teams in different regions to turn rough ideas into structured, testable experiences that everyone can react to — without burning time in code.

2–3× Fewer design &
development rework loops
Faster Alignment across product,
design & engineering
Clearer User journeys and
requirements for dev teams

User flows before screens

We start with journeys, not pixels. By mapping how people move through your product or website, we make sure wireframes and prototypes support real tasks, use cases and edge scenarios — not just happy paths.

Built for feedback and iteration

Every deliverable is designed to be reviewed: clickable prototypes, comments, annotations and recorded walkthroughs help stakeholders in different time zones give concrete feedback, not abstract opinions.

Designed with handoff in mind

We structure files, flows and documentation so designers and developers can move smoothly into visual design and build, with fewer questions and less back and forth later in the project.

Our Wireframing & Prototyping Framework

A structured approach that takes you from loose ideas to clickable journeys backed by clear decisions and next steps.

01. Understand Users & Flows

We gather inputs from product, design and engineering, review any existing research, and define key jobs-to-be-done, primary paths and success criteria for each flow or page we are designing.

02. Wireframe & Map Journeys

We create low- and mid-fidelity wireframes that show layout, hierarchy and navigation, along with user flow diagrams and annotations that explain how each state and interaction fits together.

03. Build Interactive Prototypes

We turn key flows into clickable prototypes, run reviews and, where possible, quick usability checks. Feedback is folded into revisions until the prototype is ready for visual design and implementation.

Reduce Risk with Clickable
Experiences, Not Guesswork

Building first and fixing later is expensive. BAKSORBIT helps you explore alternatives on a canvas, not in production. Wireframes and interactive prototypes make it easier to spot friction, align teams and make confident trade-offs before you commit engineering time.

Wireframing & Interactive Prototyping

BAKSORBIT supports product, marketing and UX teams with clear, collaborative wireframing and prototyping services — from early discovery flows to detailed journeys ready for UI design and development.

User Flows & Journey Mapping

Visualising how users move through your product or site, including entry points, decision moments and key success states across devices.

Low- & Mid-Fidelity Wireframes

Creating layout-first views that focus on structure, hierarchy and content blocks, without the distraction of final colours or visuals.

Interactive Prototypes

Building clickable prototypes for key flows in Figma, complete with interactions, transitions and realistic states for testing and demos.

UX Workshops & Reviews

Facilitating working sessions, async reviews and recorded walkthroughs so stakeholders in different regions can review and refine flows together.

Usability Feedback & Iteration

Collecting feedback from users or internal teams, identifying friction points and iterating on the prototype before UI design and build.

Developer-Ready Documentation

Providing clear annotations, states and interaction notes that make it easier for engineers and designers to translate prototypes into robust builds.

UX Results that Show Up in Delivery & User Feedback

Strong wireframing and prototyping do not just make nicer diagrams — they change how confidently teams ship. Here is what product, SaaS and marketing teams see when flows are tested before build.

SaaS Onboarding

Reducing friction in first-run experiences

  • −40% drop in support tickets during onboarding
  • +27% uplift in trial-to-paid conversion
  • Faster clarity for product & engineering teams

Prototyped, tested journeys made it clear where users were getting stuck and which screens needed simplification before implementation.

B2B Portal

Aligning multiple stakeholders on one flow

  • fewer changes requested after development started
  • Shorter decision cycles on complex features
  • Clearer documentation for future iterations

Clickable prototypes and documented flows gave sales, operations and engineering a shared picture of how the portal should behave.

Marketing Site

Testing structure before visual redesign

  • +31% increase in key-page engagement
  • −24% drop in exit rate on core journeys
  • Better alignment between brand, UX and SEO

Wireframed journeys and prototypes across key pages helped the team agree on layout and content hierarchy before touching the visual identity.

Turn Rough Ideas into
Clear, Testable Flows

If your team debates features in long threads or calls without something concrete to point at, wireframes and prototypes will change the conversation. We’ll help you get a shared, clickable view of the experience so decisions are faster and releases are smoother.

Frequently Asked
Wireframing & Prototyping Questions

Unsure how wireframes and interactive prototypes fit into your roadmap, or how they work when your team is distributed across regions? These answers cover the essentials — and we are happy to walk through examples for your product.

A wireframe is a static layout that shows structure and hierarchy. A prototype is interactive: users can click, tap and move through flows as if they were using the real product. We usually start with wireframes and then turn key flows into prototypes once the structure feels right.

Yes. Many clients work with BAKSORBIT in focused sprints where we plug in as an extended UX arm. We use shared boards, Figma files and async updates so stakeholders in different regions can follow progress and give input.

No. Wireframes intentionally avoid final styling so we can focus on structure and flows first. Branding becomes more important in later stages of UI design, which can build on the validated wireframes and prototypes.

We adapt to your capacity. At minimum we need a clear owner for decisions and a few checkpoints for review. Many clients also invite sales, support or engineering into reviews to ensure we capture real-world edge cases.

Where you have access to users, we can help design quick usability sessions, scripts and tasks around the prototype. This feedback is often extremely valuable and can be incorporated before designs move forward.

The first step is a short conversation about your product, key flows and timelines. From there, we propose a focused wireframing and prototyping sprint with clear deliverables and dates, tailored to your team and tech stack, so you can decide how you would like to move forward.
